These pens are excellent for transferring a pattern to fabric and is one
of my preferred methods of transfer.
The pen will write smoothly on both cotton and linen.
The lines are not too thick or too thin for stitching over.

Question: Won't I just light the paper on fire if I use a flame?
Answer: With intentional effort, you can light paper on fire easily
enough, but if you keep your flame away from the edge and only hold it there
for the amount of time it takes to disappear the ink, your paper (and the
secret message it contains) will remain perfectly safe and intact.
Question: Can I write on things other than paper?
Answer: Erasable Gel Pens work similarly to a normal ink pen, so if you
can make a mark with those, you should be able to make a mark with these.
Certain fabrics and other surfaces should be fine, but if it's not on paper, we
can't make any promises that your heat source won't damage your canvas.
Q: How do these pens work?
A: Just like the video shows! You can use heat (like a lighter or
candle, or pressing iron) to hide the message, and cold(like an ice cube or
placing the paper in the freezer) to make it reappear. The best part is that
you can do this over and over!
Q: Will the pen leave a mark after exposed to heat?
A: We're not sure what you mean, The pen itself is not exposed to the
heat, you use it to write or draw, and then the drawing/message disappears when
exposed to heat.
Q: Does it ever run out?
A: They are ink pens, and therefore, will eventually run out, but they
last as long as a regular pen and you can save yourself money and be kind to
the environment by refilling your Erasable Gel Pen instead of buying a new one

Q: Can I use it to write secret messages on things? (maybe write on a

A: Sure! We think it would be fine for this, but a wall might not be the
best spot because you can't heat and freeze it like you can paper.
